Unable to close Outlook 2000

When I Exit my Outlook 2000 either through <Exit and
logoff. or using the close button, the message box
<Please, wait while outlook exits> stays forever unless I
force it closed using the task manager.

Anybody got any idea on this?

Maybe an add-in. Try to disable unused add-ins in
tools/options/advanced/advanced/add-in manager and com-addins.
