Unable to connect Entities with Relationship

I have a ERD page with about 35 entities and several
relationship declarations. Now, I can't create any more
relationships. I can pull the shape onto the page, but I
can't connect them to the entities to declare a foreign key.
I am running VEA 2003, version 10.0.2705

Any thoughts?
