Unable to connect Micro Soft Outlook

Hi .. When i open my Micro Soft Outlook... It automially connects and refer my emails... But now the prolem in it shows "Trying to connect To Microsoft Exchange " but after two three seconds it disconnects ... Can u pls help me out ... This problem is from this morning ..

Perhaps the Exchange server is down, contact your administrator, or IT
support folks.
