"unable to connect to microsoft office online"

When in any of my Office 2003 programs I'm unable to perform a search online.
My settings are correct to allow this and my firewall is set to allow these
programs to connect to the internet. I've search all over and can't get an
answer for this. Very frustrating.

I'll ask you the same questions and work with you both to solve the issue...
1. Can you browse to Office.Microsoft.Com and search/view articles on the
"Help and How To" site at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/FX100485361033.aspx?pid=CL100605171033 ?
2. Does the problem occur in all apps?
3. Are you logged on to Windows Live when this happens, or is it
independent of a current login?
4. Have you tried deleting your cookies, closing all IE instances and even
restarting your system?
5. Has anyone else reproduced this in your group?

After I get your responses I may ask you to download a tool to capture your
web traffic from your client install.

I, too, am unable to access the Office Online page. I have 2007 pro. Started
on 3/8. I don't have any problems accessing other microsoft pages. Problem
seems to have started after installing Windows Live. Could be coincidental.
Have disabled firewall and antivirus programs. No joy. Any suggestions? Thanks

All of the sudden, I can access the website. Have not done anything. Just
started working. Wish I could be of more help because it will probably happen
again.
