Unable to connect to office online

I am having problems with one computer in my network that can't connect to
Office Online to retrieve templates. She opens Word, the new and clicks on
templates and is unable to retreive any because she gets the
message....unable to connect to office online. I have tried to "retry" and
"troubleshoot" but that doesn't work.

I have researched this issue for some time now and can't find any
suggestions that work.

Have you emptied your temporary cache? In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet
Options, Delete. You will want to delete the Temporary Files.
If your user has their security settings too high they may not be able to
connect.
Can your user accept the ActiveX control?
