unable to connect to server when uploading web

I have recently come across this problem whereas I try to
upload a web with frontpage 2002 but am unable to connect
to my server.
I dont have any problems when I try using an ftp client
and when consulting my serice provider they didnt have any
problem getting into my account either.
I get messages telling me that there is no web at my URL
and do I want to create one, when I select yes I get a
message saying my server is unavailable.
This happened out of the blue, with no apparent reason as
I havn't had this problem before.

Any help would be appreciated,

Have your host reinstall the FP SE
- FTP to a server w/ the FP SE will break the FP SE
