Unable to connect to web access

Hi I am evaluating a trial version of Microsoft Project Server 2003 but when I try to login on Web Access page it gives me the error
You have entered an incorrect user name/password combination. (5002)
On the Server where Project Server 2003 is installed I have created a user account hrough which I am accessing it.

Do I need to create a special account on the sever ??
I can't access the Org-wide Active Directory for this evaluation.

Please suggest a workaround

Are you able to log into Project Web Access with the Project Server
Administrator account?

Also what kind of account did you create in Project Server, windows or
project server authentication?
