unable to connect to web from e-mail links

I recently required having to install a new hard drive, and reinstalled XP,
and also upgrated to Out Look. I can no longer click on e-mail links to go
to any web pages. I am also running Norton antivirus. I am sure this is a
security issue somewhere, but have no idea where to find the correct setting.
Please help.

You're asking in the wrong place: the "access" in this newsgroup name
refers to the database program, Microsoft Access.

Please scroll down the list of newsgroups and find one for your
version of Outlook.
