unable to copy

to all,
i cannot copy data from excel file to another files, no matter it's an excel
or word file. i can ONLY copy and paste data from worksheet accross
worksheet within the same excel file. Please help!!

o.k. some more information needed:
- are you working on a home PC or in a company network
- if in a company network: Do you use Citrix Metframe / Windows Terminal
Server
- Do you have this problem with other non-Office applications as well

it's one of the pc in company network. we do have terminal server, but thing
happens on this perticular machine locally.
i've run the detect and repair, re-installed office xp, but no luck.

I still would guess it's a Terminal Server issue. If this PC is within a
company I'd re-install it completely with an image
