Unable to create a Timesheet

When I click on "Click toCreate" to create a timesheet in the "My Timesheet"
view, it doesn't create a timesheet. I get an "Error on page" on the lower
left corner of my screen (status bar).
When I click on the error, I get the following:

clicking the warning icon displayed in the status bar.

We are using IE 7.0

Could be a user profile issue. Try having this user log in to another
machine and attempt the same thing. Also, is the user onsite within the LAN
connecting through VPN?
