Unable to create MDE from secured database

Hi
I have built an access project and have assigned a separate wrkgrp(.mdw)
file to it also (i.e I have made it through Security wizard and have a
shortcut to it on my desktop). Having the permissions of Administrator I am
unable to create an mde file out of it.

Am I doing something wrong OR Is it a rule in Access not to do so.
Please help.

Sorry , its me again
Also I need to secure the tables coz even after limiting the permissions to
the user I am able to view the design of all tables and can create a new
table out of it. I dont want the user to have this provision.

Iam not sure about the first question but the answer to the second one is to
hide the Database Window.

Goto menu bar: Tools, Startup, and then uncheck the Display Database Window
box.

Now when then open up the database the Database window will not appear.
If you wish to see the window after you open the database then goto menu
bar: Window then Unhide will bring it back.
