Unable to create new forms

When I am using the Form wizard for creating a new form it is giving the
message
"Application-defined or object-defined error". Can u tell me a resolution. I
am able to create all other types of Objects in the Database using wizard but
form wizrd is not working.

Try settin a reference to DAO in any code module(Tools ... References)
