Unable to Create Output

When I receive returned messages from people withing my
organization, I get an error message that says 'Unable to
Create Output'. Has anyone encountered this error and if
so, what have you done to fix it?

Hi Emmanuel,
maybe their email box is full.
But please post the whole error to solve the problem
