Unable to delete documents

Need to delete documents I have push delete button, we need to be able to
drag into the trash can. Used the control an drag, high lighted said
documents. an try to delete. Done what the (?) said to do an still doesn't
work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ctrl & drag makes a copy of the original in the trash!! Just drag. Or
right-click & delete.
