unable to delete emails because too big

I have a corrupt .pst file. So I was instructed by tec support to create a
new profile. I tried to move my email folders accross by selecting all emails
in a folder and forwarding them in an email. It created giant emails, that
now are sitting in my outbox and I am unable to delet them, unable to open
them, unable to move them, meanwhile I can not send and receive as it crashes.

If you put Outlook into offline mode (File -> Work Offline), exit
Outlook, and reload Outlook, can you then delete them from the Outbox?

I tried doing this offline, but it still will not allow me to delete, any
other suggestions ?

- File -> New -> Outlook Data File
- Create a new .pst file.
- File -> Open -> Outlook Data File
- Pick the .pst file you just created.
- Drag items from your current message store to the newly opened one -
except those in the Outbox, of course. There is no need to e-mail
anything.
- Right-click on the new message store to close it.
- Exit Outlook.
- Use the Mail applet in Control Panel.
- Create a new profile.
- Click Properties on the new profile.
- Click Data Files.
- Click Add and navigate to your new .pst file.
- Close the Outlook Data Files dialog.
- Click E-mail Accounts in the Mail Setup dialog.
- Select "View or Change existing accounts".
- Pick the new .pst file as the "deliver new e-mail to the following".
If not listed, use "Add Outlook Data File" and browse to the new .pst
file.
- Pick the new .pst file from the drop-down "deliver to" listbox.
Finish, close.
- Select the new profile as the default profile; else, you'll get
prompted when Outlook starts.

This creates a new mail profile and designates it to use the new .pst
file as its message store location. You could skip the part about
creating a new mail profile and change the "deliver to" location in your
current mail profile to use the new .pst file. You may only need to
specify a different .pst file within your existing mail profile to fix
the corrupted Outbox in your old message store.

I can't be detailed because I don't want to create a new mail profile or
change my message store but these steps should be close.
