Unable to delete messages in Inbox

I'm unable to delete messages in my Inbox. Everytime I
try to delete, nothing happens. Then when I exit out of
Outlook, I get an error message stating the MO cannot
delete... This is strange and it doesn't happen all the
time, but enough to be annoying. Can anyone help me??

What version of Outlook are you using? Note: this group does not support
Outlook Express.
