Unable to delete

I have Windows XP with SP2 and Outlook XP. I have an entry that did not
download completely and now I can not delete that message.
I tried Safe Mode but that did not work. Do you have any ideals on removing
that message, in hopes that I do not have to uninstall then reinstall.

Did not download from where? Your ISP? Use their web interface to delete
the offending mail.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, dan243 asked:

My email is downloaded from MSN 9, and my ISP is MSN. I deleted it from my
MSN 9 interface but I could not deleted it from my Outlook XP.
