I have a user that's using Outlook 2003. It is updated and patched. She is
getting an "unable to display" message when trying to view the contents of
her Deleted Items folder on her Primary PC. She is able to copy the folder
elsewhere and view the contents. She is able to view the contents through
Webmail and on her MAC. She is able to view the contents on other PCs. But
she can't view on this particular PC. I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Office 2003, and tried running Detect and Repair, but still the
problem persists.
Does anyone have any ideas? This has been ongoing since July. I've checked
MS's KB and can't find any articles.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
