unable to display project view

Hello all,
We are in the processing of prototyping Project Server v2003. I'm
randomly receive the following message, when using the PWA. I click
on the project tab, and can see the list of projects, I highlight the
one I want to view, and get the following message:

There is no information to display in this view

Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there
is no information in the project plan to display.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

Are you certain this is random? Random problems typically indicate hardware
issues more than software issues. The error in Project Server indicates,
depending on where you see it, that the project data in question hasn't been
published or you do not have rights to it. When you can verify that you
publshed the information and that you have pemission to it, then one would
look for publishing problems in the system.
