I have MS Office Professional Ed 2003 Academic Edition. For college I need to
download the compatibility pack however, whenever I try I keep getting a
window that states Internet Explorer cannot display the webpages. Most likely
causes: You are not connected to the internet (obviously I am, I got there),
The website is encountering problems (for weeks?), and There might be a
typing error in the address (then it is from MS link). I have downloaded all
critical updates, cleared my cache and still cannot download this necessary
update. Please help!
