I am having the same problem as discussed in the following thread of not
being able to preview/print spreadsheets in Microsoft Works 8. However, when
I went to download the patch for Microsoft Works 8, the downloaded file wants
to read as a Paint Shop Pro (graphics/paint) file. I was able to download the
file onto a CD in the correct format from my husband's computer, but when I
went to load it on my computer, it still read as a Paint Shop Pro file. I've
tried to save the file in the .msp extension, and open with a different
program (though, don't know which program to select), but still wants to open
as a Paint Shop Pro file. Any ideas on how to get the patch file to load in
the correct format?
