I purchased a microsoft Office professional. It's a bit too much for what I do...Before I uninstall I would like to download my Email to a disk. Can anyone help me please.
Don't uninstall Office unless you're pressed for disk space. Word might be useful and Outlook is a good email program. Just import all the settings, mail and addresses into Outlook Express and make Outlook Express your default email program. You might find you'd like to use Outlook along with OE.
Go to Tools, Accounts, and selecting the e-mail accounts in turn export
them. in OE import them.
I agree with Mary, so it's a bit big just use the parts you want.
