Unable to edit web site with FP

I just upgraded to Office 2007. When I try to edit my web site, FP is not the
editor, Excel is. What happened and how do I get FP back as my editor?

Launch Internet Explorer and go to Tools | Internet Option | Programs and
select Microsoft Office FrontPage as your HTML Editor.
