unable to enable public folder to be diplayed in Outlook address book

Sorry for the long title, but I wasn't too sure of the
best way to explain it. One of the PC's on my network will
not allow me to enable a public folder to be displayed
withing the outlook address book. I've hunted throught the
varying settings all to no avail. The user has all the
same rights etc as other users on the network who are able
to change this setting. Am I missing something glaringly
obvious?

Do you have the Outlook Address Book installed in your current Outlook
profile?
