Unable to enter task time - Server 2003

I have one individual that when she logs into Project Server and goes
to tasks, she cannot enter her times. I thought maybe it was related
to the day and asked her to on today's date and she still couldn't
access her timesheets. The timesheets are daily. What's going on?

She's a Project Manager. My team leader can log in his time but can't
access the projects.
