Unable to find Office Applications for Quick Access Bar

I'm trying to customize the Quick Access bar in Excel 2007 so that it
includes a button to open Word, Outlook, etc. They don't seem to be listed
within Excel, but appear if you open Word etc. Where can I find them within
Excel?

I have a user that is using Excel 2007. Because this version doesn't contain
the Office Toolbar, I was trying to add a button to open Word, Outlook, etc.
from within Excel to make it easier for the user to adjust to not having the
Office toolbar. I was able to do this in Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint, but
the options don't seem to be available in Excel.

Oh, I see what you are doing. The simple way to do that is Copy the
shortcuts from Programs, Microsoft Office to the Quick Launch Toolbar in
Windows. That's where they have been "launched" from since the Office
Shortcut bar went away in 2003.
