Unable to find out how to give MS persmission to dowload missing

olour scheme for Office Diagnostics revealed a missing file. The
instructions, however, do nopt seem to apply for my system (XP with Office
2007).

I'm trying to get the DEFAULT colour scheme for Office 2007.
