Unable to forward attachment files

Why is that sometimes when I recieved mail with attachment files and if i forward this mail to another recipient, the will receive the mail without attachment files in it?

Is it possible that you have the Option "Partially download messages larger
than" set for the Account? If so, turn it off, or use "Receive entire
message" BEFORE forwarding.
