Frustrated Office 2007 User

Help! After using Office 12 (primarily Word & Excel) for over 6 months with
no problem, I am now getting an error message when I open either program to
the effect that the program has not been installed for this user (I run
everything on a limited account). I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office
12 five times in both the limited user and administrator accounts, and still
get the same error. Cannot use these programs at all, which I need for work.

I have deleted the Opa12.dat file manually since FixIt 50302 did not correct
the problem. Deleting the .dat file also did not fix the problem. This
affects all my Office applications. I desperately need to get Excel and Word
working.

Here is the diagnostic report, which I cannot understand at all. What do I
need to do to get Office 12 running again?

Thanks! Am very frustrated.
