Unable to Initialize Form

Hi All,

I've come to rely on the Business Contact Manager. It's been a great tool.
Unfortunately I can no longer see the BCM feature on my Outlook Menu Bar and
when I click on Contacts, while I can see the Address Card for each of my
business contacts I cannot pull any of the detail up. I get a message,
Business Contact Manager is Unable to Initialize This Form. I tried
restarting my computer with no luck. Should I reinstall BCM? Will my
Database be intact if I reinstall the software?

Thanks!

First, try to clear your forms cache. Go to Tools, OPtions, Other.
Advanced Options
Custom Forms
Manage Forms
Clear Cache.

See if that fixes it first.

Hi

wanted to know if you have Quick Books installed if so go to start > run >
regedit
This issue is manifesting itself on machines with QuickBooks installed. It
seems that an incorrect CLSID is being registered. Verify if you have the
following registry key

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}\InprocServer32

and if you do, delete (or rename) it and that it solves the problem

With Regards

Raul
