"Unable to initialize this form" in Business Contact Mgr?

I am new to Bus Contact Mgr. I copied a bunch of pesonal contacts into the
Bus Contact Mgr. But now when I try to open the contact I get this message
"Unable to intialize this form". Anybody know what this is about? What do I
need to do?

Can you check if Buisness Tools is avaliable else go help > about Microsoft
Outlook disabled items and enable Bcm if present
