Unable to Install Office 97

Hey,

Office fails to install on my XP laptop as an unpgrade
even though I already have Microsoft Works installed. It
IS one of the qualifying products. Any assistance is
appreciated.

But is it one of the qualifying versions of Works..... remember a version
released after Office97 was released isn't able to be recognized! If it's a
later version of Works, try to find your old floppies or CD from the version
of Works that is recognized.
