Unable to install Office XP

Hi,
Please help!
When I was trying to install Office XP, the following
message appeared:
"This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the
patch package exists and that you can access it or contact
the application vendor to verify that this is a valid
Windows Installer patch package." I also searched the
answer in the knowledge base. The msi cleaning utility
only support version earlier than 2.0. But my msi.dll is
version 2.0. Is there a version that supports 2.0? Please
advice.
