When I try to install SR-1a I get the error 1321 on two files: out40.exe and
out128.dll. If I choose to skip these errors I receive internal error 2318
and the progress bar starts backing up until I get an Install Unsuccessful
message.
I have tried totally uninstalling Office Pro 2000 and then reinstalling it.
I used the tool that removes registry entries.
