Hello,
On my neighbor's Dell Dimension 8200 which is running Windows XP SP2
after cleaning up a lot of spyware and a few trojans I've tried runnin
Windows update and am getting the following error:
The following updates were not installed
KB917150
KB911701
KB917347
They appear to be MS Office related security updates. I've been tryin
keyword searches on Google and Yahoo but haven't found anything usefu
pertaining to updates that were not installed successfully. Any hel
you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
