unable to join a groove workspace

I received an invitation to a workspace but I am unable to join it: I am
rejected with the error message: "Handler for specific Workspace type is not
installed. If you accept inviation, handler will have to be installed befire
Workspace can be opened" Then I click on OK and the next box says: "You must
update Groove before accepting this inviation......"

The pb is I have the latest version (3.1a.2374). I tried to update it but no
change, I also tried to completely remove Groove and restart from the
beginning but same pb.

Please help me !

Ok understood. I downloaded the version from:
http://www.groove.net/home/index.cfm and then "try groove" button and it is
not the latest beta version

Is beta 2 still available for dowload ?

Is the person sending you the space on 2007 beta? If not the space may
contain a a third party tool that you are not licensed for and may be causing
your issue. Are you usig File sharing edition or professional? What tools
does the space contain?

Hi,

The problem is now solved, I was using the official release and not the
beta. I have downloaded the beta and now I have access to the worspace.
