Unable to launch groove from visual studio

I have installed a Groove Virtual Office version 3.1a build 3.1a.2392.
I have installed Groove Workspace Development Kit 3.1.2374
I am using Visual Studio 2003 and Windows XP.
I try to run my existing groove project.
I get the error as below at runtime.


Groove Virtual Office has encountered an unexpected problem. Reporting the
problem to Groove Networks may help us correct it.
The system cannot find the path specified.

The problem is because of installation problems of Groove Virtual Office.
Here is the GrooveIV.log entries after intallation. I get the same error in
file even after reinstalling please advice.

Apart from your install being broken, I cannot think what you're trying to do.

No Groove 3.1 developers kit exists that requires you to run Groove from
within Visual Studio.
