I find I am unable to launch any Office programmes or open
files. On start up, after the desk top appears, a message
regarding Office pops up stating ' this application must
be installed to run. please run set up from the location
you originally installed the application' The programmes
are still on the hard disk but I cannot reload them as the
computer was purchased with Office pre-installed. Can
anyone help?
