unable to load application

[Robin]

I get the following message when trying to open Excel
(2000):

Unable to load Application ComAddIns.Item
("PPCMenu.dsrPPCMenuExcel"). object. clsMenuManager

Once I hit OK, everything is as normal...Any help?
