Unable to load Application

When I try to open or close Excel 2003 I get the following message...Unable
to load Application.
COMAddIns.Item("PPCMenu.dsrPPCMenuExcel").object.clsMenuManager
I have done updates and reloaded Excel. Can someone please tell how to stop
this?
