Office XP Setup

Error 1402. Setup cannot open the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Run\OptionalComponents\IMail

Verify that you have sufficent permission to access the registry or contact
your computer manufacturer's
product support for assisant.

I have been down loading updates for many years and this is the first time I
have had a problem with one that will not load
after I have downloaded it.

I am running Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 With Office
Proffessional 2002 installed.
Dell Computer 120 GB Hard Drive 512MB RAM.
