unable to locate entry point getIUMS in MSDART.dll, how do I fix

This error dialog occurs when I select the 'personal folders' level in
Outlook 2002. SP3 is loaded. Will a simple 'detect and repair' work for me?

I always start with the Calendar, not contacts, and I am using 2002 not 2003,
however the kb suggests updating MDAC to vers2.8
How do I check my version no of MDAC?

this is odd since the error message usually applies to Outlook 2003 with
Business Contact Manger. I'd still try the update/reinstall of MDAC. You
don't really need to check what version of it you have since there can be a
damaged file (Msdart.dll) and installing MDAC 2.8 (or later) should correct
this (if that is the problem).
Have you had Outlook 2003 with BCM installed at any time?

Not had 2003 with BCM
I will try MDAC 2.8

Something must be trying to use that file. If updating doesn't correct he
problem or if you end up with an add-in you don't want look in your add-ins.
