Unable to log into workspace or download new workspace

Hi, I am writing in for some colleagues overseas who have been having major
problems with Groove. We have been trying to resolve these problems for
weeks with no success.
After updating Groove from V3.0 to 3.1 on the computer which held 2
accounts, they could log onto Groove but not access our workspace. Several
of the other workspace users reinvited them to the workspace, and the
invitations were received and accepted, but the workspace never downloads.
It appears to hang at the point of downloading the workspace. We then
cancelled these downloads, and I uninvited them from the workspace, and
resent new invitiations. The same result has happened.
Our workspace is relatively small (27MB) so this should not be an issue of
size and time downloading.
Our licenses should still work as we did not have this issue when others
updated from V3.0 to 3.1.
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

You can try to use grooveclean without "-all" to clear communication queues
and then reinvite your colleagues.
