Unable to make contact for last 20 hours

I have been unable to receive or send Groove content for the last 20 hours.
My laptop has been connected to two different networks, corporate and home
cable, where it normally works. I have 100's of Outbound
Attempting_Connections.

This has become a recurring problem for us. What can we do?

Hi,

Would you been able to access http://gms.groove.net? My assumption is: you
used a VPN connection to your company's network which you don't have the
correct route setting to access internet.

Please provide more details.
