Unable to make labels in the Word program.

I am unable to access a label page on Word. I end up with a blank sheet with
no individual label spots. I have tried various label types and still it
will not display as a label page. Any input on what may be going on and how
to correct it?

Labels are just tables; to see the label boundaries, click on Show Gridlines
on the Table menu.
