Unable to modify document

Jackie

I designed a visio drawing. Saved as usual - I have later
gone into the doc to modify, but all of the functionality
has been disabled. I have looked on the system for an
answer of how to rectify problem and it suggests that i
should go in the 'show shape sheet'and un-protect it.
However, that has been disabled too. I have Visio
Professional 2002.

I am desprate to change the drawing and it is the same
for all of my docs.

Please help

Jackie

Is it possible that you forgot to "activate" the product after you
installed it? It sounds like the product has gone into read-only mode.
