Unable to move to a new entry record for next page -not active

I created a form for my business to track customers but, the form will not
let me move to the next page. Although the entry record box is dispayed at
the bottom of the page, it's not active, it stays on page one.

Any ideas on how to fix the problem?

The "Allow Additions" in the property section is set to "yes"
I'm not opening with a code.

Have you checked to see what the cycle property for the form is set to (Under
the Others Tab)? It should be set to "all records" vs "Current Record" or
"Current Page"
