unable to move worksheet in excel 2003

I am trying to move one of my work sheets in excel 2003 to
another workbook but when I right click onto the tab at
the bottom, the option to "move or copy, delete, insert,
rename" are all greyed out and unavailable. These files
were originally created in excel 2000 and windows ME, but
I now run windows XP and office 2003 .
I would be grateful for some suggestions.
