Unable to open certain emails

I have recently upgraded my PC as part of an office IT system upgrade. Until
this week I had a PC running Windows 98SE and used Outlook 2000 for email,
collecting from a POP3 mailbox with my ISP.

I now have a PC running Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2000 but now I connect to
a mailbox on a server running SBS2003. I imported my emails from my old .PST
file using Outlook's Import Wizard but when I try to open some emails I
receive the following message, "...could not complete the operation because
the service provider does not support it". Other messages are fine.

All users on my network have had the same upgrade and some have reported the
same problem. I have not asked everyone.

Does anybody know why this is happening and what, if anything, I can do to
resolve it?
