unable to open emails after running "find"

Hello,
I have 2 people who have a secondary account attached to their outlook
folder list.

When they run a find/search in that mailbox, and attempt to open emails that
the search turns up, they are receiving a "can't open this item" error
message.

They do not receive this error when running a find/search on their own,
personal account.

We are running Office 2003 w/ Exchange 2003.

Out of about 10 End Users, only 2 people have this problem.

If they close outlook, then re-open, the problem goes away, but only temp.

I've created a new profile, but that only worked temp. as well.

I've unattached the secondary account, shut down outlook, re-opened and
re-attached the account to their folder list. Again, that worked for less
than a day.

Not sure what else to try. Might anyone have a suggestion?
